Jeff Striggow — President

Jeff founded EnDiSys in 1998 as a result of Graco’s decision to close their industrial custom systems business. His experience in managing Graco’s systems group proved valuable in starting up and growing this business. Jeff has 25+ years experience in the fluid power, manufacturing and industrial controls markets.

Steve Soine — Sales Manager

Steve joined EnDiSys in 2007 bringing over 20 years of sales experience. Steve’s knowledge of the assembly tool industry for manufacturing and fluid power technology has proven to be a great asset in assisting our customers with innovative solutions to help them meet reduce costs and improve production goals. Steve’s territory includes Iowa, South Dakota, Western and Southern Minnesota.

Scott Striggow — Sales Engineer/National Accounts Manager

Scott joined EnDiSys in 2005 as a Sales Engineer. Scott graduated from Western Michigan University with an Engineering degree and in addition holds a Lean Expert Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt. Scott’s immeasurable experience in the manufacturing industry provides our customers with expert knowledge to deliver innovative solutions. Scott’s primary territory for in-plant equipment is Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. Scott also manages many national accounts and handles contractor sales outside the upper Midwest.

Skip Martin — Branch Manager

Skip joined EnDiSys in May, 2011 as the Branch Manager for the Chicago/Wisconsin territory. Skip has 20+ years of experience selling sealant and adhesive dispensing equipment for Graco and Liquid Controls. Skip brings a wealth of experience in dispensing plural and single component urethanes and epoxies.

Lance Peterson — Technical Sales Rep

Lance joined EnDiSys as a Technical Sales Representative in 2011. Prior to coming to EnDiSys, Lance was Regional Sales Manager for Atlas Copco. Lance brings over 15 years of outside sales experience, including a vast knowledge in industrial assembly tools. Please contact Lance for assistance with your assembly tool opportunities.

Mike Flander — Technical Service Representative

Mike Flander joined the EnDiSys team in 2005. Prior to joining EnDiSys, Mike was Branch Manager for a local coatings company primarily focused in polyurea. This experience included management and application of Graco proportioners and applicators. Mike has gained experience and knowledge with a variety of applications including, but not limited to, Protective Coatings, Sealants & Adhesives, and Pavement Marking. Mike has over 6 years of hands on experience in the Foam and Coatings industry. Please contact Mike for all your technical assistant needs.

Dennis Dingmann — Engineering Manager

Dennis Dingmann has been with EnDiSys from the beginning in 1998. Prior to coming to EnDiSys, Dennis worked for Graco as a Lab Technician and Technical Assistant. Dennis has vast knowledge of all Graco product lines and their applications. Dennis’s knowledge and experience in the Fluid Handling Industry leads EnDiSys production and sales teams to supply our customers with quality products and solutions.

Chris VanKeulen — Engineer

Chris began his career at EnDiSys in 2000 as a production technician. Recently, Chris received his Mechanical Engineering degree from St. Cloud State University. Chris has worked with the Graco and EnDiSys product lines for over 10 years and brings his production experience to help improve our systems and processes. Chris’s experience also assists our customers with expert technical assistance and is part of our Technical Assistant Team.

James Shrack — Technical Service Representative and Lead Assembler

James Shrack began his career at EnDiSys in 2004. James received a Fluid Power degree from Alexandria Technical College. James is involved in the assembly process along with using his experience and knowledge in improving systems and processes to provide our customers with quality products and services. James is also a part of our Technical Assistant Team. Please contact James for assistance with any of your technical issues.

Jeremy Stewart — Engineer

Jeremy has been with EnDiSys since 2004. He started out as an assembler, tester and drafter. After receiving his BSME from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2005, he came on as a full time Engineer. Jeremy’s specialties include electrical design, mechanical design, fabrication design, PLC programming, drafting, product support, and field service technician. Jeremy married his wife Holly in the fall of 2008 and has two girls. He enjoys hockey, soccer, snowmobiling and fishing.
