Sanitary Rams, Plates & Bulk Unloaders
EnDiSys rams and bulk unloaders make it possible to evacuate semi-viscous to viscous materials from five-gallon to large multi-gallon containers without dilution. EnDiSys offers single post ram, dual post ram, rotary ram, BES, or bulk unloaders. Drum and bin unloaders are designed with inflatable wiper seals for increased efficiency and fast container change out. Along with Graco standard product lines, EnDiSys can incorporate additional options to accommodate unique customer needs.

Single Post
Single Post Rams are suited for applications of viscous materials requiring 5- to 30-gal. containers. Rams can be customized to include any of these features: pneumatic washdown panel, mechanical safety stops, portable casters, custom plate diameter, custom inflatable wipers, and a low-level control.
Dual Post
Available 8" standard sanitary ram, or 5-1/2" sanitary ram are both constructed of 304 SST. The 5-1/2” I.D. cylinders generate a maximum downward force of 4800 lbs., while the 8” I.D. cylinders generate a maximum downward force of 10,000 lbs. A standard valve manifold on the side of either size unit enables operator control of the ram, and is available in enclosed, for wash down, or open configuration.
BES
Graco's Bin Unloader is available in diaphragm and piston-style pump configurations, and provides maximized evacuation flow rates of up to 300 gpm. Available in pneumatic and electronic control configurations.
Rotary Ram
Rotary rams provide adaptable pumping solutions for unique customer applications in sanitary and industrial environments. These rams are capable of pumping from 5-gal. pails, 55-gal. drums, palletized drums, and custom containers.
Accessories / Add-Ons
EnDiSys offers specialty add-on options to both sanitary and industrial ram systems, including mechanical safety stops, a low level control, portable casters, Lexan safety shield, and a pneumatic control.
