- 1. Browse Products - Search items by using one of several different searching methods on our site. Browse items by category from within the Products pages or do a quick keyword or part number search from any page with the top search form. Once you've found what you are looking for, click on the Add to Cart button that is below that item.
- 2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart - We provide an easy to use online shopping cart to gather items that interest you. Simply select the "Add to Cart" button located below the item that you'd like to purchase. Each item will remain in your cart until you remove or purchase it. View items in your cart at any time within your Cart Summary which will be located at the top of the website or by selecting the "View Cart" link within the main menu on the left. Both View Cart options only appear however once items have been placed in your cart.
- 3. Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart - If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, merely change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update" Button to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
- 4. Deleting Items in Your Cart - To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, change the quantity to zero 0 or simply click on the garbage can next to each item. If you change the quantity to zero 0, be sure to click the "Update" Button to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
- 5. Checkout - When you are ready to send us your order, select the "Checkout" button which is always located within the main menu on the left. This will take you through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order.
- 6. You will need to enter - your email address and additional order details such as: credit card billing address, shipping address, shipping option and method of payment. Credit card information is not permanently retained on servers! All information is subject to our strict privacy policy
- 7. Email Confirmation We will send you an email to confirm that our staff has received your order. Note: If you don't receive an email confirmation from us by the following weekday afternoon, Eastern Time, please call our toll-free Customer Service number 763-428-5075. Most of the time we also send an email with tracking on the evening of the shipping day. This lets you know that your order has been shipped and include tracking information, if available. This information can also be found within the Manage Account Section of the website once you have logged on.

Phone Orders: You can place your order, check the status of your order or review a past order, and get answers to questions about products you are ordering from Endisys.com by calling toll-free 763-428-5075 from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday. Automated orders via the Internet process faster, but we are here to help.
